Publishing is free and instant. You own your articles and are responsible for them. We can remove content that breaks the rules, we act fast on copyright complaints, and accounts that keep breaking the rules are closed.
1. The service
AZArticle is a free platform for submitting, publishing and reading articles. Submissions that pass our automated checks are published instantly. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. One account per person. Accounts used for spam or abuse will be removed.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the articles you publish. By submitting, you grant AZArticle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute and promote your content on the platform, with attribution to you.
You confirm that:
- The content is your original work and does not infringe anyone's copyright or other rights.
- The content follows our Submission Guidelines, including the HTML rules if you submit in HTML.
- You have the right to include any links, images or quotes it contains.
4. Instant publishing and moderation
Articles publish immediately on submission, without prior editorial review. Because of that, you are solely responsible for what you publish at the moment it goes live. HTML submissions are sanitized automatically: disallowed tags and attributes are stripped before publishing. We monitor published content and may remove, edit for formatting, or unpublish any content at our discretion, at any time, if it violates these terms or our guidelines. Removal decisions are final.
5. Prohibited content
No copied or spun content, no illegal content, no adult content, no hate speech or harassment, no malware or deceptive links, no misleading medical or financial claims, and no content that exists only to manipulate search engines.
6. Links
Outbound links are allowed within the limits in our Submission Guidelines (currently a maximum of 2 per article). We decide the link attributes (such as nofollow, ugc, sponsored or dofollow) applied by the platform and may change them at any time.
7. Disclaimer
Articles are published instantly and reflect the views of their authors, not AZArticle. Content is provided "as is" without warranties. Nothing on this site is professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZArticle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including content published by authors.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and remove their published content.
10. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on azarticle.com infringes your copyright, email contact@azarticle.com with the subject "Copyright complaint" and include: the URL of the AZArticle page, the URL or description of your original work, your contact details, and a statement that you own the work or are authorized to act for the owner.
We review complaints promptly, typically within 2 business days, and remove infringing content. The author is notified of the removal. If your article was removed and you believe it was a mistake, reply to the notification email with an explanation and supporting evidence. Authors who repeatedly publish infringing content are permanently banned.
